AI Trainer Training — from beginner to trainer

Good training does not start with content, it starts with the need. Who are you going to train, and what problem are you solving for them?

The questions to ask

  • Who? Level, job role, age, relationship with technology.
  • Why? Which concrete problem will AI solve for them?
  • What? Which precise skills will they have at the end?
  • How long? One hour, one day, a full learning path?

Writing learning objectives

A good objective is observable and starts with an action verb: « By the end, the learner will be able to write a structured prompt », « … to spot a hallucination ». Avoid vague objectives such as « understand AI ».

AI tip: ask the AI to « rewrite these objectives so they are observable and measurable ». It will help you professionalise your instructional design.
