A good project is presented as well as it is designed. Here is how to finish yours off.

Structuring your presentation

  1. The context (who, why) in one minute.
  2. The objectives.
  3. The run sheet, step by step.
  4. The demonstration, with commentary.
  5. A word on responsible use.

Self-assessment checklist

Before you call your project finished, tick these off:

  • ☐ My objectives start with an action verb.
  • ☐ Every objective has an associated activity and assessment.
  • ☐ I have planned at least one hands-on segment.
  • ☐ I have tested my demonstration prompts.
  • ☐ I have included a point on ethics and confidentiality.

Well done: if you can tick every box, you have a workshop ready to deliver. You have become an AI trainer.
