The money from your sales builds up in your seller balance. To move it to your bank account, you request a payout (also called a withdrawal or transfer). Here is how to do it with confidence.
Before your first payout
Make sure your seller account is complete:
- Your bank details (IBAN) are entered and correct.
- Your identity or company information has been validated.
- You have reached the minimum amount that may be required to withdraw.
Making a payout request
- Open the « Payouts » or « Payments » section of your dashboard.
- Check your available balance (very recent orders may still be awaiting validation).
- Enter the amount to withdraw, or request payment of the full balance.
- Confirm: the request goes into processing, then the transfer reaches your account within a few days.
Good habits
Adopt a regular rhythm for payouts (once a week or once a month, for instance) to keep your cash flow readable. Always double-check your IBAN before confirming: an error in the details delays the payment. Finally, keep the lead time between the request and the money actually arriving in mind, so you never count on funds you have not received yet.
Key point: enter a correct IBAN on a validated account, then request a payout of your available balance in the « Payouts » section. Withdraw on a regular rhythm and allow for the transfer lead time.
