Effective training follows a rhythm. Here is a proven template for each session.
The « 4C » structure
- Context: why this is useful (a hook, a telling example).
- Concept: the clear, illustrated explanation.
- Concrete: a demonstration, then a hands-on exercise.
- Consolidation: summary, quiz, questions.
Vary the formats
We remember better by doing. Aim for at least 50% practice: every idea should be followed by a « now you try ». Alternate short theory with hands-on work.
The running thread
A running project (for example: « prepare your team’s welcome workshop using AI ») gives the course meaning and ties the modules together.
Think rhythm: never more than 15-20 minutes of theory without an activity. Adult attention drops off fast.
