AI Trainer Training — from beginner to trainer

Time to get practical. In this lesson you will create a free account and exchange your first messages with an AI.

Step 1 — Choose an assistant

To get started, ChatGPT and Claude are both excellent choices. Each offers a free tier that is more than enough for this entire course.

Step 2 — Create the account

  1. Go to the official website of the tool you have chosen.
  2. Sign up with an email address (avoid a sensitive work address).
  3. Confirm your address and sign in.

Step 3 — Your first conversation

Try these three requests, one after the other:

  • « Explain what artificial intelligence is to a 10-year-old. »
  • « Give me 5 ideas for balanced meals for the week. »
  • « Rewrite this text in a more professional tone: [paste a short email]. »

Notice what happens: the AI replies instantly, adapts to the tone you ask for, and you can follow up by refining what you need. That conversation is where the real power of the tool lies.

Exercise: ask the AI to introduce itself, then to list what it CANNOT do. You will hear about its limits straight from the horse’s mouth.
