Welcome to this free tutorial for sellers on the Postdy marketplace. Once your shop is open and your first items are live, the orders start coming in — and you need to handle them quickly, properly and without stress. That is exactly what this course is about.
You will learn to run your business day to day from your seller dashboard: spot a new order, understand every status, pack and ship a parcel, add a tracking number, include an invoice, monitor your earnings, request a payout to your bank account, and look after your buyers all the way to a glowing review.
Every lesson describes what you see and what you do, screen by screen, with concrete examples and real figures. By the end, you will be able to handle an order from start to finish, keep your cash flow healthy and turn every sale into a happy customer who comes back.
