Your « My account » area is the dashboard for everything you buy on the Postdy marketplace. It holds your full order history, and you can download your invoices whenever you like.

Finding your order history

From « My account », open the « My orders » section. For each purchase, the list shows:

• The order number and its date.
• The total amount paid.
• The current status (Processing, Shipped, Delivered and so on).

Clicking an order opens its details: the items, the delivery address, the tracking and the actions available to you.

Downloading your invoice

For every order, an « Invoice » or « Download invoice » button gives you a PDF document. That invoice is useful for:

• Keeping proof of purchase.
• Handling a warranty claim or a possible return.
• Your personal or business accounts.

From the same area you can also manage your saved addresses and your personal details, so that your next orders go through even faster.
