An Elementor page is organised as a stack of blocks. Understanding that structure is the key to everything else.

The hierarchy

• Section / Container — a horizontal band running across the page (the header or an introduction area, for example).
• Column — inside a section, you split the space into columns (1, 2, 3…) to place content side by side.
• Widget — the final element (heading, image, button) dropped into a column.

Creating your first section

Click the « + » on the canvas, pick a column structure, then drag your widgets into it.

Key point: think of your page as a stack of bands. Each band = one idea (headline, services, contact…).
