AI Trainer Training — from beginner to trainer

The live demo is the most memorable moment of an AI workshop — and the riskiest. Prepare it with care.

Before

  • Test your prompts in advance: you should know what result to expect.
  • Prepare a backup screenshot in case of technical trouble.
  • Increase the text size on screen so everyone can read it.

During

  • Narrate your thinking out loud: « I am setting the role, then the format… »
  • Show iteration: an imperfect first result, then the improvement. It teaches beautifully.
  • Ask the room to suggest a prompt: the « wow » effect is far stronger when the idea is theirs.

Transparency: if the AI gets it wrong live, do not hide it — analyse it with the group. The mistake becomes a lesson about the tool’s limits.
