AI Trainer Training — from beginner to trainer

With your objectives set, choose the means of reaching them and of checking they have been reached.

Materials

  • An uncluttered slide deck (one idea per slide)
  • Cheat sheets and a take-home prompt library
  • Live demonstrations (the most memorable of all)

Activities

  • Guided exercises (the learner repeats the demo)
  • Paired workshops (you learn by explaining)
  • Challenges (« get this result in 3 prompts »)

Assessments

Three levels: quiz (knowledge), role-play scenario (know-how), project (overall competence). This course uses all three — a model you are welcome to reuse.

Close the loop: every assessment must match an objective announced at the start. If you are assessing something you did not teach, revisit your plan.
