To go beyond a plain stack of paragraphs, Gutenberg offers layout blocks.
The Columns block
It splits the space into 2 or 3 columns so you can place content side by side (for example: text on the left, image on the right).
The Group block
It gathers several blocks together so you can give them a shared background or move them as one.
The Spacer block
It adds white space between two elements to let the layout breathe.
Exercise: build a two-column section with a heading and text on one side and an image on the other.
