Selling Online with WooCommerce

Every sale creates an order that you follow through to delivery.

The life of an order

  • Pending / Processing — payment received, ready to be prepared.
  • Completed — shipped or delivered.
  • Refunded / Cancelled — depending on what happened.

Under WooCommerce → Orders, open an order to see the details, add a note or change its status. The customer gets automatic emails at every stage.

Tip: update the status promptly — customers feel far more confident when they can follow their order.
