Once your order is placed, it moves forward in stages. Each stage carries a status that tells you exactly where your purchase has got to. Knowing them saves you any worry while you wait.

The life cycle of an order

From checkout to delivery, your order goes through four main statuses, easy to spot thanks to their coloured dots.

What each status means

• Pending: the order is registered and payment confirmed, the seller is about to handle it.
• Processing: the seller is gathering and packing your items.
• Shipped: the parcel has been handed to the courier and is on its way.
• Delivered: the parcel has arrived at its destination.

Because your order may bring several shops together, each part can have its own status: one item may be « Shipped » while another is still « Processing ». That is completely normal.
