Getting Started with WordPress and the Gutenberg Editor

The menu guides your visitors from one page to the next.

Creating the menu

  1. Go to Appearance → Menus.
  2. Create a menu, add your pages, then drag them into the order you want.
  3. Assign it to the theme’s « primary menu » location.

Advice

  • Keep it short (5–6 entries).
  • Put the important pages first.

Exercise: build a menu with Home · About · Services · Contact.
