On the checkout page you are asked for two essential pieces of information: where your order should be delivered and how you want to receive it. Both affect the delivery time and sometimes the cost.
Entering your delivery address
Carefully enter the address where you want the order delivered:
- First and last name of the recipient.
- House number and street name, plus any extra detail (floor, building, entry code).
- Postcode, town and country.
- A phone number, useful for the courier if needed.
If you have an account, your address can be saved for future orders. You can also give a billing address that differs from the delivery address, for a gift for instance.
Choosing a delivery method
Depending on the shop, several options may be offered, each with its own timeframe and price:
- Home delivery: the parcel comes to your door.
- Collection point: you pick the parcel up from a nearby shop, often for less.
- Express delivery: faster, and generally more expensive.
The estimated timeframe and price are shown next to each option. Because your basket may contain items from several shops, you may be asked to choose a delivery method per seller: that is normal, each one ships from their own end. Once your choices are made, the total updates automatically.
Key takeaway: enter a complete, accurate delivery address, then choose your delivery method (home, collection point, express). Timeframe and price are shown for each option.
