Create in 3D with Blender

One last step: getting your creation out of Blender so you can share it or reuse it elsewhere.

Exporting a video

For an animation, set the output to a video format (such as FFmpeg / MPEG-4) in the Output properties, then run Render → Render Animation. Blender calculates every frame and assembles the video.

Exporting a 3D model

  • .blend: the native format, for carrying on your work inside Blender.
  • .fbx or .obj: for opening the model in another application or a game engine.
  • .glb / .gltf: ideal for the web and interactive 3D.

Exporting is done from File → Export, choosing the format you need.

Well done: you can now model, texture, light, render and export. You have every fundamental you need to build your own 3D scenes!
